In this video, We’re making spaghetti squash with Roa’s Arrabiata sauce to go with any lean protein during the week.
Ingredients:
- Medium size spaghetti squash
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the Squash in half and remove the center orange are with seeds
- Coat the spaghetti squash with olive oil and sea salt
- Turn over on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 min until tender/squish-able
- Let it cool then scrap the squash with a fork to get your spaghetti squash noodles
