Snickerdoodles Protein Balls


For the protein balls

  • 3/4 cup almond flour or cashew flour
  • 4 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp syrup of choice (keto, allulose or maple)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (natural, no added sugar)

For coating the protein balls (optional)

  • 2 tsp allulose granulated
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 7 dark chocolate chips, (75% cocoa or more)


1) In a small mixing bowl, add nut flour, protein powder, and cinnamon and mix well with a fork or whisk.

2) Next add nut butter and syrup and mix well with the back of a fork or a spatula.

3) Roll into balls and coat with cinnamon and allulose mixture

Optional seasonal idea: shape the balls into pumpkins using a toothpick. Method is easy- simply make 6 or 7 lines around the sides of the balls to mimic a pumpkin shape. Add a chocolate chip stem.
