Simple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (30 g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (123 g) non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 tsp (1 g) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp (1.2 g) cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop (18 g) vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp (10 g) hemp hearts
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup (37 g) blueberries

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the blueberries, in a mason jar. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Add more milk before serving for desired consistency (optional).
  3. Top with blueberries.
