Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked 95 to 97% lean ground beef ~ 12 oz cooked
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups roughly chopped fresh cauliflower
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups approved marinara sauce
- 1 and 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese with
- 2 oz turkey pepperoni slices
Directions
1. Over medium high heat, cook ground beef in a large skillet. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain grease. Remove from heat and take out of pan. Cook cauliflower in same pan. Set aside2. Combine meat, cauliflower, parmesan cheese, marinara sauce and Spoon into ungreased baking dish.
3. Top with mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
