Ingredients
1 medium [118 g] Banana (Sliced)
0.5 cup, sliced [83 g] Strawberries
0.5 cup [72.5 g] Blueberries
2 tbsp [26 g] Vanilla Extract

0.5 cup [56 g] Almond Flour
0.5 cup [60 g] Buckwheat Flour
0.5 tsp [2.3 g] Baking Powder
1 scoop (20 g) [20 g] Protein Powder
Directions
Add bananas, strawberries, blueberries, almond flour, buckwheat flour, vanilla extract, almond milk, baking powder, and protein powder to a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are combined.
Heat a non-stick griddle to 300 degrees F (149 degrees C). Add batter to the griddle in quarter-cup increments to form the pancakes. Flip each pancake once the tops begin to bubble. Cook until both sides of the pancake are browned.
