Larson Health Fudge Brownies

Craving some dessert? Let's make some brownies, but healthier!

Makes 12 brownies


  • 1 cup Nature's Eats Original Almond Flour
  • 2 cups Creamy Almond Butter, but we used homemade Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 eggs

About 2 to 1 ratio when using in place of all purpose flour, * depends on recipe.


Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, add the peanut butter/almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you get a smooth texture. Incorporate the dry ingredients, make sure you mix them well.

Add the chocolate chips or chocolate chunks to the butter. Pour the batter in on 8x8 baking pan. Add more chocolate chips on top and bake for 35 minutes.

Wait until they cool down, and enjoy!
