Ingredients:
1 scoop Grass-fed no sugar Vanilla Protein
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup kefir or any nut milk, unsweetened
¼ cup frozen cauliflower rice
¼ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ avocado, peeled
¼ cup raw beets, peeled
3 walnuts, raw
3 fresh basil leaves
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Add all of the smoothie base ingredients into a blender and purée until smooth.2. To serve, pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
