Fettuccini Alfredo

A big bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo

Healthy and Delicious, what?!?!

Ingredients

  • 1 package It’s Skinny or Palmini Fettuccini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Roasted cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Rao’s Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Butter or olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Steam broccoli covered for 5-8 minutes depending on how crisp or cooked you like it
  3. Sauté Shrimp in butter or olive oil for about 4 minutes
  4. Add fettuccine to a pan with olive oil, and heat for 4 minutes
  5. Put cauliflower onto a baking sheet and roast for 15 min in the oven
  6. Combine ingredients and enjoy!
