A big bowl of Fettuccini Alfredo
Healthy and Delicious, what?!?!
Ingredients
- 1 package It’s Skinny or Palmini Fettuccini pasta
- 1/2 cup Roasted cauliflower
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 cup Shrimp
- 1/4 cup Rao’s Alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp. Butter or olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Steam broccoli covered for 5-8 minutes depending on how crisp or cooked you like it
- Sauté Shrimp in butter or olive oil for about 4 minutes
- Add fettuccine to a pan with olive oil, and heat for 4 minutes
- Put cauliflower onto a baking sheet and roast for 15 min in the oven
- Combine ingredients and enjoy!
