3 large [150 g] Egg
0.5 tbsp [7 g] Avocado Oil
1 cup [85 g] Broccoli Slaw
2 tbsp [30 g] Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Dash [1 g] Himalayan Pink Salt
1 tbsp [8.8 g] Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added)
Directions
Heat avocado oil in skillet on medium high heat.
Cook eggs over easy or al dente.
While eggs are cooking, mix apple cider vinegar and salt, then mix in the broccoli slaw.
Top veggie slaw with eggs and sunflower seeds. Serve warm.
