Collagen Nut Fudge Brownie Dough

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quick cooking oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops Collagen of choice (I like Shaklee’s Collagen-9™)
  • ¼ cup nut butter (almond, cashew or non-gmo peanut butter)
  • 1 scoop Rich Chocolate Shake mix (I like Shaklee's Life Shake, a vegan plant based protein meal replacement) 
  • ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the oats, water, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1½ minutes to cook the oats.
  3. Remove from the microwave and add 1 scoop of Collagen-9 to the oats (it should be a slightly sticky mix). Then add nut butter and 1 more scoop of collagen powder and mix again (it will be sticky).
  4. Finally, add 1 scoop of the chocolate Life Shake and mix until completely brought together, just like a cookie dough. Now you can eat it as is (no judgment from me, I do it all the time) or, once it is slightly cooled, you can add dark chocolate chips and roll it into balls.
  5. Chill completely for the perfect protein-rich treat. Also, you can add the chilled dough into ice cream to make a healthier cookie dough ice cream option for a special occasion indulgence.

Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding 

SERVINGS: 2 PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 0 MINUTES .INGREDIENTS 5 tbsp [70 g] Chia Seeds 1.5 cup [367.5 g] Soy Milk 0.5 cup [125 g] Pumpkin Puree 1 tbsp [20 g] Maple Syrup 3 scoop [72 g] Organic Vegan Protein Powder 1 tsp [1.7 g] Pumpkin Pie Spice 2 dash [1.25 ml] Kosher Salt (To Taste) 1 tsp [4.2 g] Vanilla Extract DIRECTIONS Add the chia seeds, soy milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla to a bowl and mix until well combined.
