Ingredients
- 4 oz (113 g) solid white tuna canned, drained
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp (15 g) lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp (7 g) everything bagel seasoning mix (dried garlic, poppy seeds, dried onion, sesame seeds, salt, pepper)
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup (15 g) baby spinach
- 2 slices sour dough bread
Directions
- Lightly toast bread. Set aside.
- Mix avocado, lime juice, kosher salt, and everything bagel seasoning in a blender until smooth.
- Drain tuna and place it in a bowl.
- Mix avocado “mayo” with tuna until combined.
- Thinly slice cucumber.
- Add a layer of spinach, cucumber, and tuna avocado salad onto the whole grain bread to form a sandwich.
