Air Fryer Tandoori Turkey Breast

•1 split skin-on, bone-in turkey breast (about 1 3/4 lb.)
•1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
•1 c. full-fat plain, no sugar added Greek yogurt
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•1 tbsp. sweet paprika
•2 tsp. ground turmeric
•2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (from a 1" piece)
•1 tsp. ground cumin
•Olive oil cooking spray


1. Pat turkey dry with paper towels; season all over and under skin with 1 teaspoon salt.
2. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, paprika, turmeric, ginger, cumin, and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread yogurt mixture all over turkey, including under the skin. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Place turkey in basket. Cook at 350°, flipping every 10 minutes, until turkey is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast registers 165°, 35 to 40 minutes. Let turkey rest about 10 minutes before slicing. Remove skin and enjoy.
