Honey Apple Almond Chia Yogurt Bowl

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Chill Time: 4+ Hours (or overnight)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (180 g) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (24 g) chia seeds 1/2 tbsp (10 g) honey
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) slivered almonds

Directions

1. In a small bowl with a lid (or a jar) combine the yogurt, chia seeds, and honey. Stir until combined.
2. Cover and set in the fridge for 4-5 hrs, or overnight.
3. When ready to serve, chop an apple into slices or chunks and place on top of the yogurt bowl.
4. Top with shaved almonds.
5. Serve cold and enjoy!
