1 cup, cooked [234 g] Oatmeal
3 large [150 g] Egg
1 tsp [4.2 g] Vanilla Extract
1 tsp [2.3 g] Cinnamon
1 tsp [2.2 g] Nutmeg (Ground)
2 apple Apples (Chopped with or without skin )
1 cup [227 g] Whole Milk Greek Yogurt Plain

1 tbsp [10 g] Flax Seed Meal
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Warm apples in microwave for 2 minutes to soften.
Add oatmeal, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flax seed meal together well.
Mix in apples.
Place in an oven safe bowl and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Let cool and top with 1/2 cup of greek yogurt. Enjoy warm.
