Ingredients
12 oz [336 g] Sirloin Steak (Cubed)
2 tbsp [28 g] Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon [17 g] Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp, minced [8.5 g] Garlic
0.5 tbsp [7 g] Olive Oil
2 sweetpotato, [260 g] Sweet Potato
1 cup, florets [71 g] Broccoli (Steamed)
Directions
Place the cubed sirloin in a bowl or freezer bag. Add the coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and salt/pepper and allow to marinate for one hour (or overnight).
Scrub the sweet potatoes and poke multiple holes with a fork. Cook in the microwave for about 6-8 minutes or until tender. Cut in half, then set aside to cool.
Heat the olive oil in a medium pan. Add the sirloin and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired liking.
Scrape the flesh of the sweet potato away from the skin and place into a bowl, gently mash with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the sirloin bites on top and serve with steamed broccoli.
