Ingredients
- 3 large [150 g] Egg 
- 0.5 tbsp [7 g] Avocado Oil 
- 1 cup [85 g] Broccoli Slaw 
- 2 tbsp [30 g] Apple Cider Vinegar 
- 1 Dash [1 g] Himalayan Pink Salt 
- 1 tbsp [8.8 g] Dry Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added) 
Directions
- Heat avocado oil in skillet on medium high heat. 
- Cook eggs over easy or al dente. 
- While eggs are cooking, mix apple cider vinegar and salt, then mix in the broccoli slaw. 
- Top veggie slaw with eggs and sunflower seeds. Serve warm.
