Ingredients
- 10-12 oz (192 g) large scallops
 - 1 cup (180 g) white beans
 - 4 cups (60 g) baby spinach
 - 3 garlic cloves
 - 2 tbsp (28 g) olive oil
 - 2 tsp (6 g) salt
 - 2 tsp (4.2 g) pepper
 - 1 tsp (2.4) red pepper flakes
 - 4 tbsp (60 g) dry white wine
 - 4 tbsp (60 g) water
 
Instructions
- Add olive oil to pan and cook on medium heat.
 - Add garlic cloves to pan and cook until fragrant.
 - Add beans, spinach and red pepper flakes to pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
 - Add white wine and water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
 - Season scallops with salt and pepper. Move beans and spinach mix to the side and add scallops to the pan.
 - Cook scallops on each side for about 3-5 minutes.
 - Let cool and serve
