Ingredients

  • 2 cups (40 g) arugula
  • 1 tbsp (9 g) sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp (22 g) pomegranate arils
  • 2 oz (55 g) mozzarella cheese 1 tbsp (12 g) hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 avocado

Directions

1. Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl and enjoy!
