Pesto and Hummus Turkey Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 sprouted grain wrap
  • 1/2 tbsp (8 g) pesto, made with olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) hummus
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 3 slices organic deli turkey breast
  • 2 oz (55 g) goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup (37 g) cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Spread pesto and hummus on one side of the sprouted grain wrap.
2. Top wrap with romaine lettuce, deli turkey, and mozzarella cheese, spread evenly.
3. Tightly roll the wrap in towards the middle. Once fully rolled, slice horizontally into 1 inch pieces.
4. Enjoy with a side of cherry tomatoes
