- 5 oz (142g) canned organic chicken
- 1/2 tbsp (7g) avocado oil mayonaise
- 1/8 small red onion, diced
- 1 tsp (1g) dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
Directions
- Drain canned chicken.
- Mix together chicken, avocado oil mayonaise, red onion, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Fill avocados with chicken mixture.
- Serve with a side of sliced cucumbers.
