Ingredients

- 1/2 tbsp (20 g) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (4 g) ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup (74 g) blueberries
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Directions
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, oat milk, maple syrup, ground flax seeds, and 1/4 cup of blueberries.
- Allow the oats to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries.
- Serve cold with a side of hard boiled eggs and enjoy!
