Keto Waffles
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese or vegan cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. GF organic vanilla
- 3 tbs. heavy cream or whole fat coconut milk (can)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbs. melted butter
- 4 tbs. coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine & mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, heavy cream (coconut milk), cinnamon, & melted butter.2. Add in coconut flour & baking powder, then mix until smooth.
3. Add 3/4 of a cup of batter to preheated waffle iron & cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
4. Personalize your waffles with all of your favorite toppings! We topped ours with Keto whipped cream & fresh berries.
Note: This recipe makes 3 waffles! You can cut each waffle into 4 pieces & freeze in a ziplock bag for up to two weeks. Next time you are craving these keto waffles, just pop them in the toaster for an easy & quick breakfast.
Keto Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Use a mixer (on high) to beat the heavy cream & vanilla until soft peaks form. Should take about 2-3 minutes.Enjoy!!
