Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (40g) dry old fashioned oats
- 2 scoops (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 2/3 cup (160g) unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 tbsp (5g) chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp (5g) pumpkin seeds
- 1/8 cup (15g) raspberries or blackberries
Directions
- Stir together oats, protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Refrigerate oat mixture in mason jar or small container overnight.
- Top with berries and pumpkin seeds.
