Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp (7g) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (0.5 g) dried dill
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup (65 g) white beans, from a can drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup (65 g) chickpeas, form a can drained and rinsed
- 1/4 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup (15 g) parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup (56 g) kalamata olives, chopped
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp (14 g) slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp (10 g) hemp hearts
Directions
- In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, dried dill, lemon juice, and salt to make the dressing.
- Mix together all other ingredients in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing.
