Frozen Banana Almond Yogurt Cups

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups (840 g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 scoops (30 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 3 medium (354 g) ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 3 tbsp (63 g) honey
  • 1/3 cup (82.5 g) almond butter
  • 2 cups, halves (304 g) strawberries

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, protein powder, mashed banana, and honey until well combined.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture into nine silicone muffin tins or paper cups.
  3. Top each with almond butter.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Enjoy with sliced strawberries.
