Ingredients
- 3.5 cups (840 g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1.5 scoops (30 g) vanilla protein powder
- 3 medium (354 g) ripe bananas (mashed)
- 3 tbsp (63 g) honey
- 1/3 cup (82.5 g) almond butter
- 2 cups, halves (304 g) strawberries
Directions
- Mix yogurt, protein powder, mashed banana, and honey until well combined.
- Divide yogurt mixture into nine silicone muffin tins or paper cups.
- Top each with almond butter.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Enjoy with sliced strawberries.
