Ingredients
1 cup [226 g] Cottage Cheese (4% milk fat)
1 medium [118 g] Banana
0.5 tbsp [10 g] Maple Syrup
1 tbsp [7 g] Chopped Walnuts
0.5 tsp [1.15 g] Cinnamon
Directions
Add the cottage cheese, 3/4 banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Thinly slice the remaining banana.
Layer the cottage cheese and banana pudding with chopped walnuts and top with the banana slices and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy as is or chilled.
