Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup (240 g) almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 banana (mash half, slice half)
  • 1 tsp (7 g) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5 g) salt
  • 1/2 tbsp (5 g) hemp hearts 1/2 tsp (1.3 g) cinnamon

Directions

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat,
combine the oats and milk of choice.
2. Once the oats begin to simmer, add in the
mashed banana, honey, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Turn the heat to low and allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes, or until the oats thicken to your
desired texture.
4. Remove from the saucepan.
5. Top with sliced bananas, hemp hearts, and a
dash of cinnamon.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
