Ingredients
- 2 cups (94 g) romaine lettuce
- 4 oz (122 g) cooked ground beef, 95% lean and seasoned to personal taste
- 1/4 cup (45 g) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup (24 g) pickled red onions
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tbsp (8 g) mayonnaise (made with avocado oil)
- 1/2 tbsp (8 g) ketchup
- 1 tsp (5.5 g) mustard
- 1 tbsp (14 g) pickling liquid/juice
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, ground beef, diced tomatoes, pickled red onions, avocado, and shredded cheddar.
- For the sauce, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickling liquid and stir until combined.
- Top the bowl with sauce.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
